Throwback : IBM Training Fair 2014 @ Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP)

Peace be upon you..
Today I have nothing to do.. so I decide to throwback IBM Training Fair at UMP (Universiti Malaysia Pahang) during 2-4th July 2014. This is a good opportunity for me and my friends to learn something during semester break at that time. This event was conducted by lCoE KLUSTER ICT & IBM CoE Universiti Malaysia Pahang.

This training offer IBM Rational Performance Tester, IBM Rational Software Architect, IBM Mobile Worklight, IBM COGNOS BI and IBM DB2 course and participant are coming from various government and private university in Malaysia. I also was the leader for this trip and escort by En. Firdaus Ariffin. Oh yeah, thanks to our bus drivers En. Shukor and En. Zulkefli. We are the earliest participant that arrive and check in at UMP. This training gonna be a tough call for muslim because Ramadan already started that time.

Each of us are randomly selected and lucky I was involve with IBM DB2 training wich is conducted by Dr. Mohamed Ariff Ameeden , I learn lot of thing about IBM DB2 from him. Our class learn faster than others so he show us a few advance DDL, DML and DCL using IBM DB2.

We also introduced with PaaS from IBM cloud services called "BlueMix". Yeah, we are the beta tester. I love how IBM use openstack platform to provide cloud services to they users. We also invited to join Appnovator competition but I forgot to register :P

I think that it for now.. Thank you so much UTHM, UMP and IBM Malaysia :)

Create GIT GUI launcher (Ubuntu)

If you are installing git gui, You need to fire up terminal to use git gui. I more prefer with desktop menu / launcher directly.
$ sudo nano /usr/share/applications/git.desktop
then write this inside of the editor:
